What Makes this Program Unique?
Relational Leadership provides a shared language and framework for building trust within teams, especially (but not limited to) interprofessional healthcare teams. It is experiential, depending on the participation of all members in both large and small group discussions and activities.
Relational Leadership goes beyond the scope of most leadership programs by focusing on the values that we bring to our work; the program offers opportunities to engage with others so that we can share our values, understand others' values, and then align our teams' practices with those shared values so that we can create healthier, more effective, and more sustainable teams, organizations, systems, and communities.
