Founded in 1967, the North Carolina (NC) Fellows Program is a three-year, cohort-based program where students are challenged to look at leadership from a non-positional lens and create a personalized definition of leadership that will positively contribute to their time in and beyond the Carolina community.

What Makes this Program Unique?
The NC Fellows Program is one of the unique programs at Carolina, as it enables you to engage in leadership in intellectual ways over three courses, along with a range of ways to engage in leadership in a co-curricular community space while growing with a community of people for three years.
The NC Fellows program is an immersive three-year leadership experience that enables students to build their understanding of leadership, actively apply it, and grow alongside a community of active and engaged UNC students.
